BSA with Weblogic Portal Experience
This is a backfill position
Capital One's eCommerce delivery team is in need of a BSA to support
the Online Marketing platform.
Description:
Consults with representatives from the business units to craft and
clarify project scope and business requirements; Develops
traceability matrices; Assesses impacts of intent initiatives;
Discusses alternatives for high-level solutions; Identifies gaps
between business needs and proposed solutions; Facilitates
requirements sessions and approvals; Responsible for the development,
maintenance, management, and delivery of System Requirements
(functional and non-functional); Works with developers, designers, and
testers to ensure that business intent is understood.
Experience with on-line marketing technologies such as:
- WebLogic Portal
- HTML, PHP, JavaScript, etc.
- SEO
- Web Design
- Dynamic targeting
Ability to write high-quality requirements is a MUST
Experience with Quality Center a plus
Responsibilities:
• Collects and defines requirements, translates into functional design
documents and participates in the technical design, test planning and
user documentation processes
• Works with users and peers in planning, developing, implementing,
and supporting new or existing applications. Analyzes and re-engineers
business processes
• Participates in software design, prototyping, construction and
testing of new or enhanced applications
• Assists in training users on new or enhanced applications
Qualifications:
• Business Systems Analysis certification a plus
• 8 Years experience in Full project lifecycle software development
• 6 Year experience in gathering and documenting user requirements
Must have exceptional communication skills - both verbal and written

Inclusive Rate: $30.00 hr. C2C {maxxxx}
BSA - PowerPoint/Excel Expert
Must have strong documentation experience (served as a BSA on multiple
project lifecycles), expert level of PowerPoint, experience with
sourcing from Excel files and who can put together presentations
business decks. etc.
