*Job Description:*
An **SAP** Strategic OCM Manager with extensive successful **SAP** Human
Resource/Payroll implementation experience in the government/public sector,
coupled with extensive change management experience is highly desired.
It is desired that the OCM Consulting Team have a minimum of 5 years of
successful **SAP** Human Resource/Payroll organizational change management
experience.
The **SAP** Strategic OCM Manager and the Strategic Communications Expert
should have the following qualities; excellent writing skills, excellent
verbal communication skills, excellent presentation writing skills,
excellent public speaking skills, creativity, ability to provide examples of
past work products from successful projects, communicate in a clear and
concise manner; have knowledge about the **SAP** system, knowledge and
experience deploying a system across various and different State agencies
and departments, must be credible, and have a proven track record of
applying change management to government/public technology projects of this
size and nature.
*Mandatory Qualifications:*
The proposed **SAP** Strategic Organizational Change Manager must have a
minimum of five (5) years full time equivalent (FTE) experience providing
organizational change management services for large scale public sector
(federal, state, county, city or municipality) **SAP** development and
implementation projects, at least two (2) years of this experience must be
on **SAP** *HR*/Payroll development and implementation projects, and
proposed
staff must have completed at least one full **SAP** project lifecycle (i.e.
from blueprint through initial go-live). Large scale is defined in this IFB
as $40 million one-time project costs or 5,000 system users.
Experience identified for all OCM Consulting Team members must have been
performed within the past twelve (12) years.
**Skills:**
(5) years full time equivalent (FTE) experience providing organizational
change management services for large scale public sector (federal, state,
county, city or municipality)
