Location: NY CITY Start: 3/8-3/15 4-6 months 5 day work week/on-site Telephonic Interview will be followed by a face to face. Need a Senior Oracle DBA with11g to work on day to day support, maintenance and upgrades to keep multiple projects from falling behind. They need to have strong upgrade experience. Any experience with Peoplesoft CS or FI would be a plus! ------------------------- * As per him he has not installed plugins for EM. * ASM * Proficient in implementing Oracle EM /Grid technology. Define monitoring schedules as per best practice. * Proficient in creating unix shell scripts for various monitoring and related activities. * Proficient in creating and maintain Oracle database instances and assist in troubleshooting database problems * Analyze and administer performance and tuning enhancements. Document changes/recommendations. * Assist in configuring and upgrade database products and related technologies * Support and implement IT Controls and audit requirements * Participate in setting up standards and metrics for systems and applications. * Good Documentation and Communication skills. Work effectively in a team environment.
