Change Management Analyst
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Develop and finalize the Communication Plan and Organizational Change
Management Plan (OCMP), including:
Develop and conduct a stakeholder analysis and analyze the results, Develop
and conduct a change readiness assessment and analyze the results,
Create the OCMP and communications plan based on the above analysis
* Support DI Branch in the implementation of both plans throughout the DIA
project, this may include:
* Developing communications
* Facilitating workshops
* Conducting meetings
* Taking notes at meetings
* Preparing and delivering presentations
* Developing status reports
REQUIRED SKILLS:
* Experience in supporting a change management initiative on at least 2
large-scale state government technology adoption projects.
* Strong team building, meeting facilitation, and written and verbal
communication skills
* Bachelor's degree in communication, organizational behavior, or related
field
PREFERRED SKILLS: Experience leading a change management initiative is
desirable
