SQL/.Net Developer Responsibilities:
The Lead Developer will be responsible for designing, building, testing,
implementing and maintaining MIS applications.
The incumbent will work within a 3 tier managed environment structure to
deliver complete, accurate and timely reporting.
The candidate will be expected to drive results and be responsible for the
quality of deliverables in terms of the technical design, implementation,
testing and adherence to technical compliance standards.
Developer will demonstrate accountability, flexibility and adaptability in
handling multiple and changing priorities and be able to successfully
collaborate with development teams. Required Skills / Experience
. 5+ years demonstrated hands-on experience utilizing MS SQL 2005/2008
including database design and writing stored procedures, user defined
functions and triggers.CLR objects a plus.
. 5+ years demonstrated hands-on experience developing .Net applications.
Framework 3.5sp1 preferred. Required knowledge of Visual Studio 2008,
ASP.net, HTML/XML, WCF, HTTP/HTTPS, JavaScript, CSS, C#, Telerik, IIS,
Object-Oriented design.
. Demonstrated experience creating, testing, debugging and implementing
SSIS packages.
. Knowledge of Analysis Services (SSAS) and cube design.
. Proactive, self-starter with the ability to develop creative solutions to
complex issues.
. Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to
communicate with various levels of management.
. Bachelor's degree in a technical field preferred. Preferred Skills /
Qualifications
. Experience with Microstrategy, Sybase IQ, Subversion, TortoiseSVN, NUnit.
. Visio and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project and PowerPoint)
proficiency.
