*Required Skills/ Experience: 1. Must have extensive experience in SAP HCM Payroll including interfacing (inbound and outbound) Payroll results to and from a 3rd Party System. 2. Understands and has experience in Payroll to FI/CO integration methods 4. Experience working in a complex Union Based environment 4. Must have extensive experience in utilizing SAP Payroll schema 5. Must be able to handle ambiguity and be proactive. This can be a very fast paced and confusing environment 6. At least 2 project on each of the above areas 7. Al least 3 years of SAP HR/Payroll experience * *Preferred Skills/ Experience:** 1. Must have experience running reports with defects, working with users and managers 2. Knowledge of SAP's HR/Payroll 3. Good understanding of SAP HR modules and integration points to other SAP modules * *Daily Job Responsibilities: 1. Design Develop SAP Payroll configuration including Wage Types, Payroll Schema and FI integration in accordance with business requirements 2. Design and Develop Functional Specification for Inbound and Outbound Payroll Interfaces 3. Design and Develop Testing Plan for all Payroll functions in conjunction with the overall SAP HCM design 4.
