Description
ETL Architect Required Skills: * Must have at least 5 years of
experience with Business Objects Data Services tools which include Data
Quality and Data Integrator * Must have at least 3 full life cycle
Business Objects project implementations * Exposure to SAP and SAP BW *
Must have solid architectural and configuration background with Business
Objects * Must have strong ETL experience specifically in the area of
pulling data from legacy systems into a custom DW * Should have strong
DW skills and experience with core BI concepts * Good problem solving
skills required * Strong written and verbal communication skills
Desired Skills: * Leadership experience in a Big 5 organization
preferred
What are the three to five primary responsibilities of the position?
Typically, the Consultant works as a consulting team member or an
individual technical consultant in the development of technical or
business solutions within the consulting practice area. Under moderate
supervision, works on projects of average difficulty, usually involving
single products or single platforms. Analyzes customer business goals,
objectives, needs, and existing infrastructure and applies principles,
concepts and techniques of skills in developing solutions and
strategies. Delivers consulting project activities requiring varied
interpersonal and technical skills. Interacts with company and client
managers and identifies additional solutions in client organization.
Serves as a pre-sales support specialist through the development of
materials when needed in support of more senior consultants. Performance
is typically measured by deliverables and/or solutions within budgeted
hours.
