Location- Newark, NJ Durations- 6+ months Contract Rate-50 per hour Need someone who can act as an IT lead for a project. Not a project Manager but someone who can assist in driving technical decisions, document potential solution options and present them so that projects can continue towards deployment. Requires HealthCare understanding (specific to provide and physician data) in addition to project implementation experience. Oracle, SQL Server, and XML Big plus: Informatica and Siebel Combines multiple technologies to provide alternative physical solutions. Performs analysis of business models, logical specifications and/or user requirements to design N-tier open solutions . Understands various tools and technologies on the market and their appropriate usage. Exhibits ability to design an entire system configuration including hardware, software, and communications.Capable of leading a tool evaluation effort, including the definition of the evaluation criteria, identification of tools to be evaluated, and the actual evaluation. Experience in integrating multiple technologies. Description: Consults with representatives from the business units to craft and clarify project scope and business requirements; Develops traceability matrices; Assesses impacts of intent initiatives; Discusses alternatives for high-level solutions; Identifies gaps between business needs and proposed solutions; Facilitates requirements sessions and approvals; Responsible for the development, maintenance, management, and delivery of System Requirements (functional and non-functional); Works with developers, designers, and testers to ensure that business intent is understood. Experience with on-line marketing technologies such as: - WebLogic Portal - HTML, PHP, JavaScript, etc. - SEO - Web Design - Dynamic targeting Ability to write high-quality requirements is a MUST Experience with Quality Center a plus Responsibilities: • Collects and defines requirements, translates into functional design documents and participates in the technical design, test planning and user documentation processes • Works with users and peers in planning, developing, implementing, and supporting new or existing applications.
