· General web architecture skills (RPC/Rest used for Menu
Integration, new feature for enabling SAP management of SAP outage page)
· Client Site Provisioning Support ( LDAP skills, understanding how
to manage how SAP role information is used to determine which portal view (
Employee, Bottler, Supplier, Copacker, Distributor)
a user sees
· Support for the logic behind the Client and SAP LDAP Sync scripts
used for provisioning the My SAP TAB ( We provide SME support for the SAP
security team )
· Popup/Timeout support
· SAP Content Management and the security behind the content
· Architecture of SAP Help, Help Search, and customized SAP Search

· SAP Help publishing
· Tier 3 SAP user portal access and provisioning support
· TAB Change Management Support ( whenever changes are made client,
the SAP team retests SAP Integration. We are often asked questions during
this process )
