Role: SAP HR Functional Analyst Bilingual (English &
German)
*Location:* Pleasanton , CA / Montgomery , AL
Duration: 3 Months Contract to Hire / Fulltime
*Job Description:*
· At least 5+ years experience in the configuration and support of
SAP HR: Payroll, OM, PA, and Benefits.
· 2+ full life cycle implementations.
· Strong HR configuration, setup, and business process experience.
· Maintain and stabilize HR modules in the SAP system.
· Working knowledge of SAP HR - Payroll, Personnel Administration,
Personnel Development, Organizational Management, Benefits, etc.
· Understanding of Master data in order to evaluate and analyze the
impact of configuration or process changes across HR.
· Respond to SAP HR production issues and research causes of
problems.
· Propose and test corrective actions with HR team members.
· Work with management and end users to effect change.
· Track progress and closure of issues.
· Provide end user training.
· Act as a liaison between end users and consultants for reports,
spec. designs, and program testing.
· Strong experience in testing and production support.
· Support daily business activities.
· Provide production support for SAP HR by utilizing troubleshooting
skills.
· Create plans and lead activities for all configuration and/or
process changes and testing. Administer user support documentation and
provide training to end-users.
· Ensure adherence to change control policies and guidelines.
· Ability to work remotely to include night time hours to support
German client.
· Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
· Must be fluent in German.
