Position: *SAP CRM/Service Management Functional Consultant** * Duration: 12 - 16 months
Location: Milwaukee, Wisconsin · Need an experienced *8+ year SAP CRM functional consultant* with current integration (last 3-4 years) of continuous *Service Management (SM) experience* · Must have current Service Management module experience, along with current *in-house repair* and *service contracts* experience! · Must be familiar with business process and SAP CRM configuration in support of the following: In-house repair, Service Contracts, Integration between CRM and ECC in the areas of Logistics/HR/Finance, IBase management with integration with ECC, pricing, revenue recognition for service contracts, repair quotations, service contract quotations. · CRM 7.0 experience is required. · Under general direction, formulates and defines system design. Working with customers, prepare detailed specifications from which the SAP CRM application will be constructed. Analyze business related issues to formulate and develop new or modified solutions. Develop functional specifications, design specifications, test plans, and security requirements. Key technical contributor or project leader on major project involving multi-site personnel. Assist customer in defining work processes and system requirements. Identify areas where systems solutions will meet the customer needs. Typically requires a B.A. or B.S. degree and 5 to 8 years of related experience.
