Knowing all initiatives impacting the Directlink application for the release b. assessing effort required to support each initiative c. keeping the Work Plan Manager informed on a timely basis of impacts and statuses d. closely working with RAD to ensure a successful high-level and detailed design phase e. establish a strong working relationship with the SQA testing org and ensuring test case coverage for each application change is provided f. responsible for knowing, enforcing and adhering to all Rev Systems processes g. fluent with Rev Systems project life-cycle and fulfills all SourceForge deliverables by phase h. engaged in all appropriate meetings and work product reviews i. creates and executes appropriate test cases and exercises them during L1 j. performs timely and effective code reviews - Must be fluent communicator in both written and spoken formats - Strong problem analysis and solving attributes - Solely responsible for production support monitoring and issue resolution - Defect monitoring and resolution - Escalate issues in timely manner, i.e. before they become crises Production Support primary responsibility is to address all anomalies and reported issues with the Directlink, FBO/GFBO application in an expeditious manner and with quality results.
