If you are qualified and interested in this position, please apply at [email protected]<http://mail.acrostaff.com:2095/horde/imp/message.php?index=327#> . *Requirements:*-- *The skills, experience, and knowledge required to be considered for this position include :--* - 7+ years experience with Plan early stage project efforts, specifically, requirements gathering methods based on user community work style, requirements assessment and scoping, and project initiation and funding. - 7+ years of relevant experience in health care, reimbursement, biotechnology, pharmaceutical or related experience with at least two years in a leadership capacity. - 6+ years experience with business systems analysis and support experience with various types of Software Development Life Cycle methodologies. - Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs. - Oversees Healthcare project cycle for new implementations and Leads project teams on software implementation initiatives. - Demonstrated focus on customer service, team development and on-time delivery. - Must be able independently handle complex problems, write specifications and create and execute complex deployment plans. - Mitigates team conflict and work with Manager, tracks and proactively resolves project issues. - Ability to multi-task between concurrent assignments and large project implementation experience in a matrixes IT organization. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Understands how to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully. - Well-developed teamwork skills. - Highly-honed presentation skills ability to deliver engaging, well-organized presentations and facilitate discussions. - PMI certification desired but not required.
