Hi, This is David from CNC, We have two requirements Business Analyst & Sybase Database Administrator in Denver CO for 2 Years. ** *Overview * SLB desires to migrate from a Power Builder/Sybase environment to a .NET/Microsoft SQL Server environment. The migration effort would take place in four phases. The benefits of the migration include: meeting the OIT/DNR Microsoft .NET/SQL standard; provide urgently needed land asset management tools for SLB staff; and provide customer facing features to significantly reduce paper-based transactions and data entry.
Sybase Database Administrator – 6 years experience in database administration, with at least 4 years experience with Sybase SQL, Sybase tools, stored procedures and Sybase upgrade projects. Sybase ASE 12.5 experience required. Ability to migrate databases to another platform, perform and test upgrades, and do system testing. Experience with Virtual platforms preferred but not required. *Business Analyst with .NET Technology*– 6 years of business systems analysis and/or technical solution development, including 2 years experience in accounting and financial systems. Experience in land management systems and royalty accounting preferred but not required. Position requires a technical or business related degree. 2 years experience in analyzing or developing business systems in .NET required. Candidate must have the ability to assist clients in finding the best practical solution to a need.
