*Position Requirements*
- *BS degree in Computer Science, a scientific discipline, or equivalent
*
- *6-10 years experience in designing, developing, deploying and
supporting medical device software according to 21 CFR 820.30 *
- *Demonstrated abilities with structured design methodologies (DFD, use
cases, etc.) *
- *Strong knowledge of software engineering practices related to medical
device software development (e.g. Hazard Analysis, Agile methods, relational
databases, design history file preparation, and device master records) *
- *Experience with the following technologies: *
- *Programming experience with Java is mandatory, knowledge of C / C++
is desired *
- *JDBC, J2EE, Eclipse, and/or JBoss application layer *
- *Oracle database engine *
- *Linux/Unix operating systems *
- *Ability to work in a team environment and lead a small technical
development group. *
