I need 2 Sr. QA testers with a variety of skills including MQ Security, MQ messaging, and MQ High Availability exp Minneapolis, MN. Rate is up to 45/hr. Duration is 6+ months. Locals are definitely preferred but not required. Candidates might have to do a final in person interview, at your expense, if out of state. Interpret requirements, specifications; review and analysis outputs also develop Quality Assurance Plans and Test Plans with relevant documentation for a moderately complex project. Determine the business and functional test data requirements for new systems and technology. This may include MQ messaging, MQ High Availability and MQ Security. Participate in reviews for planned systems and modifications to existing designs. Input data following corporate and department standards. This may include XML and other means. Additional Skills Required: Strong written and verbal communication skills. MQ messaging, MQ High Availability, and MQ Security exp. Ability to work effectively in a professional manner with technology staff, business stakeholders, end users, all levels of management and others outside the organization. Attention to detail with a quality focus and demonstrated experience in effective participation on cross-functional project teams. Ability to adjust and set priorities to meet deadlines in a fast paced environment. Strong organizational skills. Ability to work independently, self-directed. Healthcare, biology or informatics background will be helpful. Data analysis, ability to map data elements within a database. Use Case modeling definition and use case diagram development experience. Use Case realization definition and interpretation experience. Use of load and performance testing tools. Use of testing and defect tracking tools.
