*Location: Forth Worth, TX* *Duration: 24 months* ** *Job description: A Learning Performance Consultant (LPC) supporting IBM’s Learning BTO organization, are responsible for customer relationship management (CRM), providing learning consulting to clients, needs analysis/requirements documentation, learning solution design documentation, determining course maintenance needs, curriculums/learning paths and evaluation/metrics of learning solutions for all projects associated with the clients/programs that the LPC is aligned to. They also manage the development team and 3rd party vendors who have been selected to develop/deliver a project aligned to that LPC’s clients/programs.
