*Job Description:*
Role going forward will be more of a technical role and less of an BA role.
However the person also needs to have some BA type skill sets as
documentation of business process, user guides, administrative and support
(off-shore) document preparation for the ORB, COD and DT applications is
needed. The support function will be transitioning off-shore in 3-4 months.
Additionally the person needs to have some Deployment experience, staging of
hardware and temporarily supporting the ITR applications and staging of
related hardware if needed. Also some use case, developing test scripts,
gap-fit analysis, release management, .Net experience and regression testing
experience will be helpful.
Methodologies: Agile, Waterfall and Scrum.
Tools: MS Visio
*Nice to have:* Leading JAD and requirement gathering sessions for future
releases.
*Nice to have: *Experience with Retail industry
