SME - LOA - Leave of Absence - Solon OH Project Role: Functional Analyst Industry: Consumer Business-Consumer Product Manufacturing Project Description: Lead payroll conversion project activities on behalf of the client. Converting from PeopleSoft to SAP. This role will partner with the payroll client lead to manage the project plan, an open activity list, payroll testing, payroll cutover and anticipate upcoming project activities. RESPONSIBILITIES URGENT: Functional HR candidate with LOA (Leave of Absence) experience needed. RESPONSIBILITIES: The project is looking for a candidate with LOA and SAP knowledge. The position is for a high level project manager that can hit the ground running with little to no supervision. Candidates must be familiar with Service Center LOA operations, and have previous migration experience. Candidates will partner with the LOA client counterpart to plan and lead all LOA related migration activities including conversion, testing, cutover and hyper care support.
