This tool will be used by the Remedy Management team to
manage and track repurchase volumes, appeals, and resolutions.

1. The Contractor is responsible for the design, code, and
comprehensive testing of the application enhancements and additions.
2. The Contractor will provide instruction to the QC Analyst
throughout the enhancement process to ensure a smooth transition after
contract expires. This will include any additional training on the
application once it has been completed.
3. The Contractor will provide documentation for the
Database including, but not limited to, code enhancements, Visual Basic code
comments, and Excel spreadsheet calculations.
