This is David from CNC, we are looking for up to 3 *Programmer Analysts, for * 6 mths in Augusta, ME My Client is seeking a programmer analyst to supplement OIT staff working on an Oracle Forms migration effort for the New England Child Support Enforcement System (NECSES). * * *Description of System * OIT staff members are currently working to upgrade the existing NECSES II Oracle 9i Forms to Forms Oracle 11g. The OIT Team supporting NECSES, is looking to contract a resource to assist in upgrading Oracle Forms for the new CSEME application. The NECSES Team requires consulting to assist them in their efforts to migrate the current NECSES II application from Oracle Forms 9i to Oracle Forms 11g. * * Needed: Approximate start date is *May 3, 2010* the Office of Information Technology is looking for a programmer analyst to supplement state IT staff in an Oracle Forms upgrade/migration effort for the New England Child Support Enforcement System. This is technical work involving the development of complex computer programs. Responsibilities will include designing, coding, testing, debugging, deploying and documenting application programs. * * *Requirement:* An in-person interview is preferred, a phone interview is acceptable. *Minimum General Experience* 1. 5 years experience working effectively as part of an applications development team. 2. 5 years experience evaluating and identifying solutions for user problems. 3. 5 years experience maintaining complex business applications. 4. 5 years of programming in Oracle Forms 5. 5 years of programming in Oracle PL/SQL 6. 5 years of experience working with Oracle databases. 7. Proven successful Oracle forms migration experience 8. Ability to establish effective working relationships team members. 9. Proven written and oral communication skills. *Preferred Experience: * § System implementation activities § System testing practices § System development and documentation standards. § Familiarity with all phases of the project development cycle.
