Works under general supervision and utilizes independent judgment in conducting analytical projects and assignments Expertise and discretion are required in providing analysis and interpretation *Experience:* Strong Knowledge of MS Excel and Access Associate degree or equivalent Ability to find unique or creative solutions to difficult problems Ability to focus on "big picture" and make recommendations to management about strategic changes to improve service.
