HI, Greetings from comspark international,one of my client looking for MS Exchange Systems Engineer Location :WILMINGTON, Delaware) Duration: 11 months REQUIRED SKILLS: - A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field of study plus 5 years of related experience a must. - EXPERT knowledge of MS Exchange 2003 and 2007 is a MUST o Administrative groups, public folder replication o Build, installation and configuration o Design and architecture knowledge, including best practices recommendations, performance tuning, management and administration o Email accounts, public folders and distribution group support & troubleshooting - EXPERT knowledge of Exchange 2003 to 2007, Migration is mandatory o Exchange and Windows clustering experience. - EXPERT knowledge of MS Windows Server o Windows 2003 and 2008 Server Enterprise - EXPERT knowledge of MS Active Directory 2003 o AD replication topology, and DC backup/restore procedures, Redundancy design, IPSec services, AD-Exchange integration, group policy, Best Practices for AD Design and Naming Standards, - DNS and WINS design, naming standards - Working knowledge of SAN and Email archive technologies, server clustering technologies - Good knowledge of networking concepts - Experience with Blackberry, A/V and mail filtering technologies is desirable
RESPONSIBILITIES: *Will be on a team responsible for the setup, implementation, migration to and day to day operational support of Microsoft Exchange Server 2007. *The ideal candidate will have expert knowledge in Exchange 2003/2007, Microsoft Cluster Services, Microsoft Windows 2000/2003/2008, Microsoft Active Directory, DNS Services, DHCP Services and Group Policy. *In addition to the setup and implementation of Microsoft Exchange, the qualifying candidate must be able to troubleshoot, optimize Exchange performance, perform Exchange database maintenance, Exchange database backups and restore, Exchange mailbox journaling, exchange queues monitoring, and recovery of a corrupted exchange information store. *Additionally, the qualifying candidate must have a solid understanding of all phases of a disaster recovery scenario including preparation and implementation exercises to include but not limited to Microsoft Exchange Cluster, and Microsoft Active Directory. *The candidate must be able to clearly communicate both written and orally, and present products and ideas in a business-like manner. *Strong interpersonal skills are required due to continual interaction with clients, managers, and users with varying technical backgrounds in a fast paced work environment.
