PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The Resource Management Tool (RMT) Program is an internally developed software
application that is used to manage Resource Management information. The system
tracks Program Cost needs, Planning Year allocations, and tracks that actual
resource allocations and spending for development programs.
We are looking for someone who is a highly skill database developer and
architect to update our system to ensure scalability across Design Teams. The
position will also be responsible for developing and updating a number of
reports and moving the project toward a data warehouse reporting solution.
DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES
a.. Develop Design Documentation based on delivered requirements
b.. Update existing store procedures to improve performance
c.. Conduct DB Architecutral review
d.. Develop simple to complex reports against the system
e.. Design Data Warehouse reporting solution
Necessary Skills (Must Have):
Programming Skills:
a.. Microsoft Technologies: C#, ASP. NET, ADO. NET ASP, JQUERY
b.. Relational Database Management System: SQL Server 2005; SSRS, SSIS, SSAS
c.. Programming Languages: C#, JAVA
d.. Web Technologies: HTML, XML, XSL, Web Services, AJAX, JSON, Silver light
e.. Scripting Language: JavaScript, VB Script
Other Skills:
a.. Must be results oriented, well organized, attentive to detail and a true
team player
b.. Must have excellent written, communication and interpersonal skills
c.. Experience supporting a 24x7 production environment
d.. Must be able to work in teams as well as independently
e.. Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or the equivalent is
preferred.
