*Job Description:* The ideal candidate will provide strategy and technical recommendations related to SAP HCM, Decommissioning of PeopleSoft, and design and strategy of infrastructure solutions for Client’s HRMS & Payroll Transformation program. The candidate will have the following responsibilities: • Performance tuning for SAP systems including ECC, PI, BW, and EP • Deliver Security Architecture solutions for protecting Data At Rest and Data In Motion • Deliver a detailed design of the solution for decommissioning PeopleSoft • Deliver a detailed design for retaining production payroll data for payroll parallel testing • Deliver a high level design and consult on the detailed design for archival and retrieval encrypted interfaces files • Audit delivered technical strategies for SAP HCM specific improvements • Complete implementation planning for Data Masking using SAP TDMS This candidate will have the following skills:M • The candidate must be a self-starter.
