Req 1: DB Testing:web based applications and Web services Web services , AJAX, Scripting Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma Exp Range : 4 to 8 years No of positions :2 The JD : Excellent communication (verbal and written), presentation and documentation skills is a must Build an effective communication channel amongst the various client point contacts and ability to understand client requirements. Ability to deliver under tight quality norms. Must be a self-starter and highly motivated with strong work ethic and should be able to perform multiple tasks Responsible for Design , Develop and Test the Automation strategy for web based applications and Web services. Possess expertise in Test case preparation, Test data preparation and Test execution • Essential to have good understanding of Testing process • Responsible to drive meetings independently • Development background in C, C#, ASP.NET, Web services , AJAX, Scripting using QTP. • Good knowledge on DB • Hands on with Black box and white box testing for web based and windows based enterprise application • Defect tracking, Reporting and Reviews of Test Execution. • Status reporting to client, Expertise in Issues escalation handling is a must. Req 2: TEST LEAD Location Plano -TX Experience in testing any packaged application such as Oracle Retail (Retek), Siebel, PeopleSoft, SAP, Oracle Apps or any other third party application. TOP 3 Required skills 2. Experience in Testing enterprise level "out of box" retail products with heavy emphasis on Integration testing between mutliple tracks 3. Experience working with deveopers, clients and business analysts to create a comprehensive Master Test plan to cover all the testing needs for the application 4. Understand and analyze business requirements for Integration Testing and customizations understand application integration points, interfaces, data requirements Other Skills Required : 1. Coordinate environment connectivity with different tracks integratin with the product 2. Coordinate timelines to enable seamless execution of Integration and End-to-End testing 3. Help prepare Integration test scenarios/cases to validate data flow through the different systems and ensure interface interaction/ coverage 4. Communicate with project manager(s) of different tracks on testing status, 5. Education – BS/BA in computer science, engineering, information systems preferred and/or equivalent formal training or work experience 6. 5-8 years of experience in all facets of Quality Assurance testing including but not limited to , Integration testing, system testing, user acceptaance testing 7. 5+years of experience with HP/Mercury Interactive testing tool - Quality Center/Test Director 8. Excellent verbal/written communication skills. 9.
