The candidate(s) will perform quality audits across the various IT functions to ensure quality standards, procedures and methodologies are being followed. Education: The candidate(s) should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or similar or equivalent work experience. Experience: The candidate(s) should have 3 to 5 years of systems development, testing and/or business experience. Complexity: The candidate(s) will be functioning at an intermediate professional level role. The candidate(s) will work on projects of moderate to high complexity within one or more development environments. The candidate(s) will work on multiple applications as a project team member. The candidate(s) will be considered a subject matter expert for a single application. Additional Required Skills and Experience: - Ability to translate business needs into testing scenarios. - Ability to schedule, manage, facilitate, and document workgroup meetings. - Experience with testing applications in client-server and internet and intranet environments. - Experience in working with industry accepted testing methods and practices and tools. - Qualified candidate must also possess excellent writing skills, excellent communication skills, strong process skills and leadership ability. - Exceptional quality assurance skills necessary to identify and resolve technical issues or problems. - Ability to multi-task and prioritize. - Ability to work well in a challenging environment. - Must be able to follow-through on tasks as assigned. - Experience leading interviews and facilitated sessions with project stakeholders. - Excellent writing skills, oral communication skills, strong testing skills, and leadership ability. - Ability to work cooperatively and in conjunction with other information system developers, software vendors, support staff, and program office customers in a team based environment.
