*Require 2 Senior Data Architect(s) to stand up metadata and data modeling
repositories and leveraging the IFW collateral as a reference for our
canonical logical data model. The customer is embarking on a 3 to 5 year
journey to improve their Knowledge Management Maturity. By promoting
consistent data provisioning and driving consistency in reporting /
analytics through the instantiation of a data warehouse, they hope to
overcome the below challenges :

Can get the interviews with in 48 hrs .
*Required Skills : *
· Lack of an inventory of data information assets
· Sporadic metadata management
· Lack of data modeling standards and processes
· Lack of confidence in visibility to data quality
· Siloed, provincial data movement
· Inconsistent leveraging of Client Information
· Fragmented reporting
· Enterprise Data Architect : Background and Experience would
include;
· Expert level of knowledge relating to Informatica suite.
Specifically; Metadata manager, Powercenter, Data Explorer, Data Quality
· *10 + years of implementation experience on data architecture,
infrastructure architecture and delivery architecture to support an
enterprise data warehouse ( OLTP and OLAP ) . *
· Strong understanding of leveraging the IBM IFW (Information
Framework) in implementation
· Leadership for defining enterprise-scale end-to-end data flows
among operational applications, staging areas, and analytical data stores
· Leadership experience in making rationale decisions (technology
and data) for logical and physical database architectures
· "In-depth understanding and practical implementation of
Information Integrity Services using the Informatica tools
· Experience with data management integration for Siebel, SAP and
Hyperion a plus
· Industry knowledge a MUST in Financial Services Treasury and Cash
Management Services
· Agile and Six-Sigma a plus .
*Require a Seasoned Data Architect with the experience leveraging the IFW
data model as well as utilizing the following tools :*
· High proficiency in the IBM IFW Framework
· High proficiency in delivery on Data Warehouse activities.
Specifically, Master Data Management, Data Governance, Logical Data
Modeling, Physical Data Modeling, Data Quality, E-T-L, and Meta Data
Modeling
· High proficiency in Informatica tools. Specifically, PowerCenter,
PowerCenter, PowerExchange, Data Explorer, Data Quality, Data Archive
· Financial Services (Banking) Industry Experience
· Metadata Manager
· IDE
· IDQ
· PowerDesigner
· IDA .

Business Systems Analyst / Genesys Avaya Consultant/COTS 2 positions ..
This position requires an understanding of call center operations and
experienced contact centers use of technology. Knowledge of complex call
routing and screen pop technology is also important. Work closely with
business leaders, IT staff and management in responding to call center
technology issues as well as participation in strategic planning and project
work. Continued support of existing applications used today as well as
participation in the definition and building of a new Genesys / Avaya
routing applications.
