Experienced in performing gap analysis and preparing functional specifications. . Solid understanding of CRM Architecture . Full lifecycle experience: requirements, design, build, test, deploy . Previous Consulting or client service delivery experience preferred . Documenting business requirements . Processing design, fit/gap assessments, configuration, development, testing and training activities . Creating functional requirements as an input to application design . Supervising application build, test and deploy activities . Planning and executing data conversion activities .
