They must have Report Studio and Analysis Studio plus data modeling development using Framework Manager. In addition, they need 4-5 years with SQL Server and 1 year with SSAS because they are using SQL Server and SSAS as the data sources. He has found most resumes say they have experience with OLAP sources but they can even answer basic questions. Since they are converting to OLAP, they need strength in this area. Also, The hiring manager says too many resumes are too much requirements gathering/BA types. He needs a DEVELOPER.
