Job Title:App Development Manager Location: Bloomfield, CT Duration: 6 months Interview: Telephonic followed by a Face to Face Keywords: Duties: This position is in Web IT for the Single Sign On(SSO) team. The individual will be working with the Web IT staff and the SSO team to deliver Federated SSO solutions for the areas web based portals. This will include implementations where CIGNA may be either the Identity Provider and/or Service Provider. This individual will also be responsible for working with technical teams from external business partners to perform the Federated SSO setup. This position will require mentoring junior developers in Federated SSO technologies and designing and delivering Federated SSO designs for newly developed portals. Responsibilities: Responds to business requests to add new Federated SSO partners both service providers and identity providers. Supports Federated SSO on all CIGNA Portal applications serviced by Web IT to ensure optimal reliability. Coordinates with internal and external CIGNA resources as necessary to isolate and troubleshoot the issue causing the service disruption or outage. Notifies the internal customer and management of the status of disruption and estimated time of completion if known. Maintains internal reports to track outages and assist with future problem resolution. Works with Application Teams to determine root cause and to implement permanent fix as soon as feasible. After hours support may be required depending on when disruption occurs and impact of the disruption. In addition after hours support will be required at times when implementing new partner setups. Skills: Qualifications: Language Skillset: JAVA, J2EE. Spring, Hibernate, DB2, SQL, UDB Security Skillset : SAML 1.x, SAML 2.0, LDAP, Knowledge of Federated SSO technologies Product Skillset Required: Tivoli Federated Identity Manager, WebSphere, IBM RAD, IBM Tivoli Access Manager/WebSeal (TAM) Product Skillset Optional: Ping Identity, Siteminder Indepth knowledge of IBM's Tivoli Federated Identity manager SQL and Java knowledge is a plus. Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, at least eight, typically ten or more years of solid, diverse work experience in IT with a minimum of six years experience application program development, or the equivalent in education and work experience.
