Providing 1st line support to the user population via telephone as well as through incident tickets. 2. Experience with incident and problem management and effective triage of reported issues. 3. Service oriented focus and flexible attitude 4. Able to work independently with a diverse team spread across multiple locations in North America and Europe. 5. Is dependable and accurate worker and has a strong sense of ownership in tracking an incident through its resolution and communicating back to the end users. 6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English) over the phone and email. 7. Able to quickly analyze incidents and either resolve, or provide workaround 8. Ability to recognize significance of incidents that should be escalated based on business impact. 9. Experience managing Siebel user administration *10.
