Technical Skills

and stored procedures--Oracle and/or Sybase Advantage Database preferred.

General Skills

Business user consulting skills to determine software of system
functional requirements. Understands customers’ business needs and
incorporates understanding into technical and process improvement
recommendations
Self-starter with the ability to multi-task with little supervision
Experience performing system testing and documentation for all
phases of the application life cycle including requirements and technical
design documents
High level analytical and problem solving skills including code
analysis, problem determination and defect management, and troubleshooting
Knowledge of business application implementation, enhancement, and
support methods and practices.
College degree in Computer Science or Information systems.
