Location: New Jersey Duration: 3-6 Months *FileNet 4.5 Architect/ Business Analyst* Job Description: Act as a FileNet architect/business analyst and project team member for FileNet projects. Assist the ECM Competency Center Manager in FileNet strategy, software lifecycle planning, and best practices governance of FileNet. Responsibilities: Act as FileNet architect or business analyst on specific FileNet projects. Produce formal requirements and design documents, assist in test planning, and support project teams during testing. Assist client's resources in FileNet project planning and estimating. Do not need to be a formal PM, but should be key contributor to project planning and estimating Coach and mentor business users regarding FileNet capabilities and applications Assist the ECM Competency Center Manager in the development of methodology and process for FileNet development Help with general troubleshooting related to FileNet applications and architecture, as needed Assists in management of teamwork load schedule, budget, resources and scope to ensure Assist with FileNet software life cycle planning Coordinate closely with FileNet production support resources Required Skills: Bachelor degree in Computer Science or a related discipline. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Visio, familiarity with MS Project. Minimum 3 years of intensive hands-on work in a FileNet environment doing development work. Strong working knowledge of the FileNet product and its various capabilities and tools. Formal, structured business analysis skills. Should be familiar with use cases, process flow diagrams, data flow diagrams, etc. Should possess strong knowledge of Enterprise Content Management concepts Must also have excellent written and presentation skills. Ability to facilitate working sessions. Must have extensive experience with FileNet eforms and workflow. Must be certified in FileNet P8 4.0 and at least 2 years working knowledge of the platform. Must be certified in FileNet P8 4.5.1.
