Senior Lead Java Developer Skills: Java, J2EE, struts
Location: New York, NY Length:10 months Description: Our client, a major investment bank, is seeking an expert level Senior Lead Java Developer to work on the development of applications. Candidate must have 8 - 10 years of core Java & J2EE technologies experience, with experience in .Net. Experience in Websphere, object oriented analysis, design, development, and implementation needed, with strong leadership, management skills, excellent knowledge in business process redesign, project management, integration of technologies, architecture skills, distributed components development. Knowledge of infrastructure and databasing a plus. Must be a hands-on developer, but also have managed a small team (3 - 7) in the past and be very comfortable managing communication across departments in a major enterprise. Must have 8 - 12 years of experience with Java and at least 2 years of experience in financial services.
