  Position: ERP Technical-Functional Business Analyst 
  Location(State/city):Florida FL/TAMPA
  Duration: 6-12 months

  Required Details:
  The Technical-Functional Business Analyst is responsible for leading the 
effort to understand the business needs and identify how best to meet those 
needs. 
  This includes working with the business and the technology areas to gather 
requirements for development and management. 
  The role leads the effort to analyze, validate and document the business and 
system requirements.

  The Technical-Functional Business Analyst is a key facilitator within the IT 
organization, acting as a bridge between the business and the IT groups, and is 
accountable for a technology solution that supports the business request or 
opportunity and is based on the enterprise architecture. 
  This role partners with the Architect during the initial stages of the 
project/solution to ensure the accuracy of business cases and that the solution 
will meet the business need. 
  This role designs, modifies and creates business processes that will be used 
to implement the business transformation solutions. 
  This is done through research and fact-finding combined with a basic 
understanding of applicable business processes, systems, and industry 
requirements. 
  This role requires ability to translate detailed business requirements into 
high level technical solutions.
  This role determines the process and requirements management methodology 
practices. 
  The role monitors the effort to ensure that the methodology and quality 
standards are being met.

  Required Skills/Experience:
  Minimum: Eight or more years of experience as a business analyst or 
consultant with a focus on ERP systems implementation and support. 
  Demonstrated history of collaborating with customers and implementing 
successful application solutions.

  Preferred: 
  Direct experience supporting Sales (i.e., customer service and order 
management) and Logistics (i.e., distribution, shipping execution, inventory 
management and warehouse management) business processes. 
  Familiarity with one or more structured methodologies for application systems 
development and implementation.
  (Typically referred to as SDLC) Multiple years of successfully utilizing 
offshore development capabilities. 
  Team leadership and/or project management experience.
  Experienced to a structured methodology for systems development and/or 
implementation (SDLC). 
  Experience with relational database management systems such as Oracle. 
  Advanced proficiency with SQL. 
  Development experience with PL/SQL and/or Oracle Forms.

  Preferred: Experience with a top-tier ERP package such as SAP R/3 or Oracle 
e-Business Suite. 
  Hands-on experience with enterprise testing tools such as Mercury Quality 
Center or IBM Quality Manager.
