Location – Charlotte, N.C Rate - Best in the market Requirement Job Purpose/ Description: • Excels at designing GUIs into visually compelling layouts with fluid navigation; adheres to enterprise GUI standards and extends to business application GUI requirements; may design screens / layouts for portal, web or rich client interfaces; adept at working with GUI design / tools, e.g., Photoshop, Dreamweaver or other comparable HTML editors, as well as Illustrator, PowerPoint, and Excel. • Negotiates deliverables from initial requirements to final implementation by leading communication between business units and IT. • Evaluates and implements new initiatives on process improvement and technology initiatives. • Assists management in coordinating business area activities and balancing workload. • Analyzes complex performance and capacity issues with systems / applications software and / or system components. • May design, implement and improve workflows, as well as assign projects. Tasks and Responsibilities: • Completely adept at understanding and executing the details across multiple operations functions within the end-to-end flow of operations. • Displays problem solving and analytical skills, using them to resolve business problems. • Adept at understanding operational nuances across multiple business areas. • Excellent communication, analytical, negotiation, and leadership skills; solid technical and problem solving abilities.
