Project lead – Performance Engineering/Testing Sanjose- CA 12+months Imm,.start date Responsible for communicating with clients and internal resources on a daily basis to drive multiple projects forward · Schedule the load testing resources to projects and keep track of projects, schedules, deliverables • Manage and track issues and defects to completion in the performance testing area • Maintain adherence of established performance engineering processes and suggest improvements to processes as required • Evangelize the performance testing process throughout Cisco's application development community • Establish performance testing education and training programs • Coordinate presentations, brown bag sessions and product demonstrations • Oversee and troubleshoot issues pertaining to the scheduling of the load test lab and load test environment and LT Engagements • Organize LoadRunner training courses when and if appropriate • Coordinate and grow the load testing team • Proven skill and experience in planning and project management • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. • Excellent written and verbal communications skills as well as organizational and interpersonal skills. · Prior software development background (Java/.net) will be helpful. Overall end to end application server layer, DB monitoring tuning understanding. · Present LT reports application server monitoring/tuning reports as well as database monitoring/tuning reports to architects and Mangers.
