Position : Oracle Identity Management
Duration : 6 months

Job Description:
Role & Responsibilities:
The OIM Architect performs a wide variety of design and architecting
of
Identity and Access Management systems using Oracle Identity
Management
system (OIMS). They are responsible for the development and design of
a
highly redundant OIMS architecture consisting of multiple target
system such
as Oracle Virtual Directory (OVD), Oracle Internet Directory (OID) and
Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) in a fast paced dynamic hosted
environment.
These responsibilities include designing, architecting and providing
guidance to support and maintenance teams of all OIMS hardware/
software. The
OIMS architect recommends and supports OIMS policies and standards
while
ensuring adherence to procedures.
Experience:
· 4+ years experience of design and developing, implementing or
architecting
information systems with OIMS
· 4+ years of architecture experience integrating OIMS into clients'
infrastructure and applications
· Recent experience with OIMS v9.1
Required skills:
· Design, develop and implement Identity Management: Oracle OIM, OID,
OVD
and OAM
· Serve as the subject matter expert on OIMS stack and correlate
requirements to technical and functional abilities.
· Experience architecting Identity Management solutions and working
with
multiple groups in designing IdM solutions
· Experience building resource adapters, integrate role-based access
control, end-user provisioning, and synchronization services with
existing
application systems
· Experience developing identity management strategies, architectures
and
implementation plans
· Experience in Installing, Configuring and Maintaining Identity
Management
applications: OIM, OAM, OID and OVD
· Strong oral and written communication skills
· Hands on experience customizing OIM connectors and OVD adapters
· Support and understand technologies like LDAP, Databases, networks,
etc.
· Familiarity with BEA WebLogic and Unix OS.
· Oracle RAC and high availability architecture experience is a plus
· Experience with Active Directory
· Experience with Oracle Identity Directory Server and directory
schema
· Experience developing identity management strategies, architectures
and
implementation plans
· Experience with the various development environment languages: J2EE,
Java,
JavaScript, .NET or C#
· OIM Familiarity in the following Areas:
o Single Sign-on
o Enterprise Directory Architecture and Design
Directory Schema
§ Namespace
§ Replication topology
o Resource Provisioning
o Role Based Access Control
