Req Details:
Job description- SQL SERVER DEVELOPER,
who has had previous involvement/experience on the production side as well
(not extensive experience, but some is good).
Individual needs to have knowledge of SQL Server v2005 to run scripts,
access SQL database, run queries, create users, navigate screens/GUI,
etc...good troubleshooting skills, good communication skills and ability to
work with users.
Responsibilities include production support, ability to research/investigate
issues, speak to users and resolve problems, update documentation, unit
testing of additional functionality of WMS. They use Hyperion Brio Reporting
System. Brio is a plus (not required) - will support, resolve issues.
*Candidate must have development and production support experience in SQL
Server
*Candidate must also have some background in a warehouse/logistics setting
(we are NOT looking for data warehousing).
We require someone who has worked perhaps for a shipping company, having
designed some form of system used for shipping, and then helped with the
production as well.
