They will be developing an MS office add-in to outlook. When an email comes in through the portal the sales rep will be able to click on this add-on while the email is open and the add-on will search Bown's CRM for that clients information and return it to the screen with the one click. They are looking for 2 resources for this project and want to have them both on sight no later than 5/15.
