Total Exp: 8+ years Start Date: 6/1/2010, Duration: 5+ Years Location: Austin, TX(F2F) Primary Skills: Microsoft Project Description: 7 Experience developing program/project schedules for initiatives for a project(s) 4 Expertise with Earned Value Progress Measurement for business transformations with an IT component 4 Expertise in project management tools, techniques, and methods 4 Experience and knowledge of logistics, resource planning, and material management 4 Experience managing project implementation, developing baseline schedules, providing status for schedules, and conducting risk analysis of schedule dates 4 Experience monitoring and reporting compliance issues with regard to state government regulations 4 Knowledge of Earned Value Management, Cost Estimating, government financial management, Performance Measure Development, and process development 4 Extensive understanding of business transformation principles – people, process, and technology - backed by extensive knowledge of IT-enabled change and benefits delivery 2 Experience utilizing software tools, such as wInsight, Primavera P3, P3e/c, Expedition, Microsoft Project, OpenPlan, Cobra, and MPM Strong Communication, analytical, management and interpersonal skills.
