Websphere Commerce Server Lead
Location : Milpitas, CA..
Experience Level - 6+ Years
Duration - 3-6 Months
Rate - Open but keep it low.
. 5-7+ year of designing and building a variety of commercial,
complex, enterprise systems with substantial client facing and team
management experience.
. 3-5 years of IBM Websphere Commerce Server (WCS)
. At least 1 o 2 end-end commerce solutions implementation using WCS
. Worked on range of platforms i.e. not just web, but including
client-server, o/s
. Deep technical skills across several enterprise technologies -
both Java and .NET - and a good breadth across many technologies - no area
of technology is a complete mystery. Knowledge spanning multiple platforms
and architectures
. Have worked closely with senior business people on requirements
analysis and solution proposition
. Have large project architecture experience - i.e. able to think
about multiple streams of design and how they tie together
