Develop stored procedures, analysis of search plans, and techniques to extract, transform and load data, for hundreds of files and layouts b.. Develop database load routines to match numerous diverse file layouts, ensure accuracy of data c.. Responsible for creating data extracts and developing reports as needed d.. Provide code review, and provide documentation in support thereof, to client e.. Provide data flow diagrams, and entity relationship diagrams as documentation Other duties as assigned Experience/Qualification: a.. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. b.. Demonstrated advanced knowledge of relational databases and modeling techniques. c.. Proven understanding of the Microsoft SQL Server architecture and tools. d.. SQL Server Database/data access layer tuning and performance analysis; and SQL Server Index analysis and fine-tuning e.. Perform unit and integration test for all components of code completed for this deliverable. f.. Prepare and provide installation guide that would contain installation configuration steps. g.. Prepare and provide an installation kit to deliver and deploy the code to SIT, UAT, Staging and Production environments according to client standards. h.. Prepare test plan document and review with Test Lead and Technical Manager and, obtain sign-off. i.. Provide status reports on a weekly basis indicating progress against project milestone and schedule Skills j.. 5+ years experience k.. SQL Server 2000, SQL Server 2005 (Working Knowledge preferred) development experience l.. DTS, SSIS, DTS Migration m.. SQL Server 2005 OLAP n..
