*Hi partners please let me know,if you have any suitable consultants for this position* * *AS400 / Mainframe Console Operations NEWARK, DE – Duration: 3 Months Job Description: AS400 Skills: Execute Production batch schedule using multiple scheduling packages such as Robot Scheduler, IBM Basic Scheduler etc. Monitor user-submitted jobs as defined in standards including monitoring backups using BRMS. Respond to AS400 system and job messages as documented using Robot Console and Messenger Plus. Develop and maintain documentation for all Operations processes and procedures. Initiate the Notification/Escalation process when necessary. Ensure all Operational hardware and software problems are documented and resolved. Participate in AS/400 Change Management/Problem Management/DSR meetings. IBM AS400 Computer Operations, system monitoring, customer communication skills, perform system IPL's, system maintenance preparations, system and file recoveries, batch monitoring and escalation. Operate multiple levels of AS400 Operating systems.
