Duration: 3+ Months Location: Austin,TX Skills: Mercury tools, QC,QTP, Web sphere, SQL Skills And Qualifications: Minimum Requirements: 5 Experience in Software Quality Assurance. 3 Experience in Designing an Automation testing framework based on HP/Mercury Test Automation Tools. Should have back ground in VB scripting & Descriptive Programming and also should be able to create reusable actions and libraries. 3 Experience with Quality Assurance methods and approaches and have good understanding of SDLC. Experience with reviewing code, coding standards, quality control techniques. 3 Advanced knowledge and experience with the HP Testing Tool Suite including Quality Center (QC) & Functional Testing/QTP. Should be able to integrate QTP scripts with Quality Center and tie them to the test cases. Troubleshoot automated test failures and resolve issues encountered during test execution. 2 Experience in QTP test scripts creation with Windows Applications, Web Applications, and terminal emulator. Experience creating/executing SQL statements. 2 Experience collaborating with a development team to define, document, and continually improve the quality of development process. Degree Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with major course work in computer science, computer information systems, engineering, or management information systems is required. The candidate has to provide the year of graduation in the resume. Preferences: 3 Experience in Software quality architecture frameworks, Identifying the right frame work and implementation. 2 Experience in creating and improving quality processes in developing software artifacts, prepares check lists for code review, and suggest code improvements to optimize code performance.
