Knowledge of auditing and accounting standards and techniques of both statutory accounting principles (SAP) and generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) D. Knowledge of cost accounting and chargeback systems E. budget, financial, and IT industry terminology and practices F. Knowledge of financial and quantitative analysis and techniques G. Knowledge of federal and state government cost allocation requirements, reporting standards, and processes Skills And Qualifications: Minimum Requirements: Years Skills/Experience 8 Progressively responsible experience conducting complex budget analysis including preparing plans, budgets, forecasts, financial reports, or audit reports. 5 Experience using Microsoft Access data bases and Microsoft Excel spreadsheets to create databases, perform analysis, create reports, and consolidate data from multiple sources.
