Job Description:
Skills: data warehouse; Oracle; PL/SQL
• Strong Coding Experience in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, C
• Strong technical hands on experience in creating and
maintaining database objects like tables, views, materialized views,
indexes, sequences, synonyms and database links
• Well experienced in data warehouse, data migration and other
data conversion
• Strong technical hands on experience in Oracle 10g/9i/8i
databases
• Proficient in Oracle utilities and tools like SQL*loader,
Export/Import, TOAD 8.0/8.5/9.0, SQL*plus, iSQL*plus, SQL Developer,
PL/SQL Developer, SQL Navigator
• Extensive experience in developing stored procedures,
functions, packages, views, cursors, collections (nested tables and
varrays), records, object types and database triggers
• Extensive experience in developing UNIX Shell Scripts
• Extensive experience in Performance Tuning of SQL queries &
Views using
• Explain Plan, SQL Trace & TKPROF utilities
• Has good experience in designing Logical and Physical data
models for different database applications
• Has profound experience in interacting with business analysts
and developers to analyze the user requirements, functional
specifications and system specifications
