*Position: BA with Finance* *Location: Houston, TX (Local Needed)* *Duration: 18 Months* *Rate: $40/hr* *Interview: F2F Required on May 17th* Performs and coordinates the analysis and design of business systems. Develops and maintains a thorough understanding of the needs of the assigned customer group from the business and technical perspective. Works closely with clients and with other system groups to capture business requirements and see them through implementation. Develops and executes systems testing. Acts as a liaison between the business user groups and the technical systems groups The business analyst documents, reviews, analyze and evaluates business processes, systems and user needs. Writes detailed requirements description of user needs, program functions and steps required to develop or modify computer programs or business processes. *Specific responsibilities/skills: * Represent the project team at client meetings. Obtain key changes including requirements, quality assurance plans, schedule, and scope changes. Develop business functional requirements documents with the cooperation of the Business Units. Evaluate, analyze, and map business processes working with the Business Units to determine possible solutions to increase efficiencies and productivity. Work with the Project Manager to ensure assigned milestones are delivered on time, within budget, and it meets or exceeds expectations. Follow all quality assurance processes, including periodic reviews and transitions and ensures the end product fulfills the project objectives. *Qualification: * 3-5 years of Mortgage SDLC or other Methodology Experience SQL Skills, MS Excel and other Technical Experience Mortgage Experience - (mortgage experience) Experience coordinating with Business users & IT developers Regards Anju Entellects Corp.
