Position:SAS PROGRAMMER Location: Atlanta GA Duration: 3 months Start: ASAP Rate: $45.00 max (All inclusive) MUST HAVE: Please have your consultant list his years of experience and his level of expertise (Expert, Advanced, Intermediate Beginner, or None) beside each of the skills below: SAS programming experience (5 years min) - Base SAS V9 - SAS Connect - SAS PROCS - Macros - ODS - HTML - JavaScript - Experience using SAS for ETL from complex relational structures to a data warehouse - Experience with relational databases (SQL Server and Oracle) - Experience writing complex SQL joins - Health care Industry experience preferred - Experience with SAS Web Architectural Framework (Web AF) Libraries preferred - DUTIES: Developing business solutions by creating new and modifying existing SAS software application. Primary contributor in designing, coding, testing, debugging, documenting and supporting all types of applications consistent with established specifications and business requirements to deliver business value. The candidate should be experienced in writing SAS ETL procedures to move data from relational data structure to a reporting data warehouse. Also, he/she should have knowledge of SAS performance improvement techniques, SAS indexes, and other SAS features/tools for improving performance of SAS programs/jobs.
